Nusa Lembongan is an island in Klungkung region with an area of 8 km2 and is occupied by about 5000 people. This island is sur-rounded by corals, charming white sandy beaches and lime stone that will amaze any visiting tourists. Inhabitants of this island live on tourism industry, farming and sea weed farming. Compared to the two other islands (Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida), Nusa Lembongan has an adequate tourist infra-structure. Tourism on this island is centred in two places, namely Mushrooms Bay/ Beach and Jungut Batu. Cars are rare here as the vil-lage regulation limits the number of cars. To bring a car onto the island you have to get a permit the village chief.
Nusa Ceningan is a small island located be-tween Nusa and Nusa Penida. To get to Nusa Ceningan you can just walk or ride a bicycle or motorbike across the bridge connecting Nusa Lembongan and the island. Nusa Penida is the biggest among the three but is not well-equiped with tourism infra-structure. With a total area of 200 km2, Nusa Penida is surrounded by white sandy beach-es and gorgeous natural scenery such as lime stone caves, high coastal cliffs, and offshore pinnacles. Not many people live on this island because of its drinking water scarcity. Drinking water supply for this island is taken from Nusa Lembongan.

To get to these islands, you can make the crossing from one of these places:

Sanur, Benoa Port, Padang Bai, and Kusamba. With regard to security and safety, the last two are not recommended as they use fisher-men boats.

These small islands offer magnificent natural sceneries especially at sunset. To get an un-forgettable experience, below are several ac-tivities you can do on these islands:
