Petitenget Temple and Beach

Petitenget Temple (Pura) and Beach are lo-cated in Banjar Batu Belig, Kerobokan Traditional Village, Kuta sub-district. Petitenget Temple was built in the 15th cen-tury. In Balinese petitenget means a chest or trunk found in eerie bushes, a legend or tale local villagers believe in. Lately, however, Petitenget is not as scary as it used to be. To the south of the temple stretches a white sandy beach with the view of beautiful sunset. In this area you can also find well known hotels, villas, restaurants, and night clubs.
